The San Juan Bautista City Council is accepting applications to fill three vacancies on the city's Planning Commission and Historic Resources Board. The unexpired, four-year terms will expire in December of 2016 and December 2018.
Position requirements, as established in the San Juan Bautista Municipal Code, stipulate that those serving must be San Juan Bautista residents, should have an interest and knowledge in historic preservation, and they are required to attend training.
Planning Commission/Historic Resources Board meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in City Hall.
To apply for the position, submit an application (available at City Hall, 311 Second St.) and a letter of interest to the City Manager’s office in City Hall by Tuesday, Nov. 15. Letters of interest will be kept on file for one year.
