Approximately 40 people attended the Cal Poly led General Plan Update meeting at the San Juan Bautista Community Center. Members of the San Juan Planning Commission and City Staff were in attendance, as well as the San Juan – Aromas Superintendent of Schools, residents and community members.
The group was led in excercises to identify potential areas for development, prioritizing issues of youth and the elderly, as well as community safety and health.
Participants were asked to prioritize responses to questions about how to address the expressed needs of participants in the previous meeting as well as those who responded through the Cal Poly programs Plan Van activity which placed them around the City gathering input from residents and visitors about what they value about the community and what might be improved.
