Join Slow Food San Benito Bounty on Tuesday, March 8 at Suncoast Organic Farm and Bakery from 5 to 8 p.m. to celebrate the release of Edible Monterey Bay’s spring issue. The issue features a look inside Gary Miller’s family journey of transforming a rundown Hollister ranch into a multifaceted organic farm, bakery and soon-to-be brewery.Â
This is a great opportunity to shake the hardworking hands behind the CCOF-organic olive oil and farm-to-table baked goods that so many enjoy. This free event will offer delicious and complimentary food prepared by Suncoast Organic Farm and Bakery, with fresh, local ingredients from the bounty of San Benito farms and ranches. Mingle and enjoy a beautiful San Benito County view set to the sound of Spanish guitar by Bruce Gilsenan.
