Take Google Cardboard for a test drive!

Come try out this low-tech tool that makes high-tech VR magic at CMAP TV's free "Pop-Up Studio" on Feb. 5

For our first "Pop-Up Studio" in Hollister, we're going virtual (reality)! Turn your phone into a 3D virtual reality headset with Google Cardboard. Visit places around the globe. Explore VR stories from the NY Times. Android users can even watch their own photos and videos in 3D! But don't take our word for it.  Come VR for yourself.

CMAP TV's  "Pop-Up Studio"  at  Mars Hill Coffeehouse, corner of Sixth and San Benito streets in downtown Hollister
Feb. 5  |  5-7 p.m.  |  FREE

(Please RSVP on CMAP's Facebook page!)

And for those of you who were wondering…
Yes, it's literally just a piece of cardboard.  And yes, it's awesome.

See you on Feb. 5.
