The Community Food Bank Mardi Gras fundraiser was held this last weekend at San Juan Oaks and again a wonderful success thanks to a matching grant from a Community Foundation donor. It is also thanks to a great team of volunteers. Starr Wolf was our Mardi Gras Queen this year, she looked beautiful, please check out the pictures. Starr gave a heartfelt talk about the importance of the Community Food Bank and their programs in San Benito County. Phil Fortino was our MC and auctioneer and we are very grateful, great job. Annette Giacomazzi collected the most beads from the gentlemen at the event and that entitles her to be our 2014 Queen, we look forward to seeing her costume.
