This is the schedule for Memorial Day Weekend:
Sunday May 24th at 10 a.m. – We will be meeting at IOOF cemetery to place small flags and large flags; we will also have some member at Calvary at the same time to start placing the small flags with the large ones being put up after they are done at IOOF.
Anyone helping can show up at either cemetery at 10 a.m. to start.
Monday May 25
9 a.m. Ceremony at IOOF cemetery
10 a.m. Ceremony at Calvary cemetery
11 a.m. Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Building
Followed by lunch being served and the Dugout opening at 12:30 PM
* We will be needing assistance for not only serving lunch but also collecting payments for lunch. If you can help or know of someone that can please let me know. A reminder that the senior and junior vice commanders as well as some honor guard members will be needed for the ceremonies.
*Lunch will cost $20 for everyone.
