Mr. Jim Gillio, welcome to the Hollister City Council. I hope you are a creative leader who will facilitate change to current city policies.
An area of concern to me is Dunne Park. Currently, individuals are allowed to camp in the park, sending the wrong message to those who need help. The homeless in our community require public assistance for shelter and health services.
I ask for your leadership in establishing functional programs to mitigate this crisis.
