The faces of these young people show the worrisome burden of such a terrible condition. The current NRA is despicable in its manipulation of the facts, and it is a dark shadow of what it was intended to be; a gun safety and education Community Service Organization. It's been taken over by "conservative" (more accurately, rightist-authoritarian) ideologues who promote the ingenuous misreading of a single constitutional amendment at the expense of many others.
All thinking members of the NRA should stand up and let their sold-out leadership know that they care about gun violence and would like the organization to join in a dialogue about this national shared disgrace. The "Liberals" and "The Government" are not trying to "take your guns".
The conversation that needs to take place is about keeping your fellow citizens safe from others who are not mentally stable enough to have them.
