COVID-19 guidelines issued for Halloween and Día de los Muertos

Traditional holiday activities promote congregating and mixing of households, which increase the risk of transmitting COVID-19. For this reason, San Benito County Public Health recommends choosing a safer, alternative way to celebrate and strongly discourages trick-or-treating.
